Returns

Full price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers to be issued a FULL REFUND.

  • Items must be returned in saleable conditional with original packaging.
  • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • Harris and Hunter reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received
  • Sale items can only be exchanged or offered a store credit.
  • Sale can only be refunded if deemed faulty.
  • If we are unable to offer an exchange due to item or sizing unavailability an online credit note is issued.

    Returns will not be accepted outside of the 14 day return period unless contacted via email. Please note - SALE items can not be refunded or promotion items. 

    Return shipping costs are at the customers expenses and tracking is required.

    REFUND POLICY

    Refunds will only be offered for manufacturing faults on garments returned in original packaging. In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full. Harris and Hunter reserves the right to deny returns on any item that is not returned in it is original condition. 

    FAULTY ITEMS AND DAMAGES

    All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at info@harrisandhunter.com and we will organise a replacement for you.

    Please note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges and we may request a photo be supplied. If you receive a package which is visibly damaged or opened, insist that this is noted upon delivery.

    VOUCHERS/CODES

    Customers may use store credits or codes as payment for all products on the site. Harris and Hunter may email vouchers to you. Harris and Hunter accept no liability for errors in the email address provided to us. Harris and Hunter assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of vouchers. In the event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with the redemption of vouchers or codes on the Site, we are entitled to close your account and/or require a different means of payment.
     
    Conditions for the redemption of vouchers
    • Vouchers are valid for the specified period of one year from the issued date.
    • Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. If you place an order for a product less than the value of a voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you. 
    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers. 
    • Items must be returned in saleable conditional with original packaging and tags attached.
    • Items must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
    • Harris and Hunter reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition in which they were received
    • No change-of-mind refunds, returns or exchanges offered on sale items.
    • Sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless deemed faulty.
    • If we are unable to offer an exchange due to item or sizing unavailability an online credit note is issued. 

    MISPLACED ORDERS

    All orders sent by Harris and Hunter have a unique tracking number, if for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us at info@harrisandhunter.com and we will track it for you.   

    INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS/UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL 

    If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
